For over three years, he supported clients in strategic transactions (in particular LBO transactions), before continuing his career at Valther, thus consolidating his expertise in advising executives and investors. Graduated with a Master 2 Business Lawyer – DJCE from the University Toulouse 1 Capitole, Thibault also obtained a specialization certificate in corporate law from the University of Montpellier. He holds the Certificate of Aptitude to the Legal Profession (CAPA). Throughout his career, he has advised clients on major transactions, including the sale of the fintech IPaidThat to Groupe BPCE, the acquisition by Groupe ChapsVision of companies SINEQUA, Anycommerce, the Belgian company ACIC, the LBO transaction on insurance broker ACS, and the investment by NACO and business angels in the industrial startup Alpha Chitin.
